The state of New York continues to move up in legislation against civil rights under the oppressive left-wing administration of Democrats. The recent ruling of NY Supreme Court has reportedly empowered the authorities to involuntarily and indefinitely detain individuals as they deem proper in enforcing public health regulations.

The language in the [regulation] makes it crystal clear that the DOH [Department of Health] can pull you from your home (and your life) and, with the force of police, hold you anywhere they deem appropriate, including ‘other residential or temporary housing.
The State Supreme Court overturned a lower court ruling of July 2022 that found Rule 2.13 of the state unconstitutional. The leftist governor of New York Kathy Hochul appealed that ruling resulting in having it overturned by the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Cox plans to take the case to the Court of Appeals.
