Trending on the web today is the story of a lion hugging her rescuer in excitement and display of affection. The video showing the moment is going viral now on social media.
As the story goes, the female lion was rescued as a cub in Botswana by a conservationist Valentin Gruener. Named Sirga, the 110 pound lioness now adores her rescuer and one such exhibition of affection for Gruener was captured by a teacher. The video below shows excited Sirga giving Gruener a hug.
