Of the Star Trek movies that I have seen so far, The Voyage Home is matchless with lots of adventurous, funny, and inspiring moments.
In this account, the team ventures back home, ready to face the charges for disobeying orders and risking many others in their recent travel to Vulcan to revive Spock. But due to an unknown space probe’s powerful energy field they have to travel back in time to the 1980s California to bring humpback whales on board the ship.
Of the many entertaining scenes, this one is truly hilarious with Uhura and Chekov asking a policeman where they might find the Naval base. It’s Chekov of course that makes it so hilarious, asking – in his very Russian accent – directions to the nuclear vessels. Memorable scene!
