Never Forget Oregon Zoo Elephants Memorial on May 31

Please join IDA’s compatriots, Friends of Oregon Zoo Elephants (FOZE), on May 31st for a special Memorial Day Remembrance for the 18 of the 28 elephants born at the Oregon Zoo who have already died. Seven of these elephants died before their first birthday. You may remember IDA sharing that beloved Rama the elephant died at Oregon Zoo on March 30th of this year. The remaining elephants there still need us!Rama

WHEN: Sunday, May 31, 1 pm – 3 pm
WHERE: Oregon Zoo, 4001 SW Canyon Rd., Portland, OR 97221

ATTIRE: Please wear black in memory of all the elephants who have died painful and premature deaths as a result of the Oregon Zoo’s cruel, experimental breeding program.
