Burbank-based conservative filmmakers’ organization Hollywood for Freedom is going to the court. But it’s neither for a film shoot nor any lawsuit legally involving them. Instead, H4F will attend a special hearing that involves performers/actors vs Screen Actors Guild (SAG) – which has since become SAG-AFTRA.
On June 5 at 9:00 am, H4F will show up to the “oral argument” hearing for the 1st wave of performers against SAG and its unconstitutional, unlawful mandates and protocols put in place at the height of COVID-19. The hearing will be held at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (Courtroom 1) in Pasadena.
The conservative filmmakers will support the performers and calls on their fans and followers to do the same. H4F states:
“This is not a protest. This is to show strength with the numbers of people in the audience. This is a very nice and clean courthouse, so we are asking you to dress and act with class and respect.”
H4F has been running a podcast called The New Hollywood Show since October last year. The episodes are archived on their Rumble channel at https://rumble.com/user/Hollywood4Freedom.
