Fake Science of COVID 19 Test Rejected in Portuguese Court

The fake science of COVID 19 test was successfully challenged recently in Portugal where a court ruled the test unreliable and decided in favor of those who challenged their quarantine.

Russia Today reported the story of four German citizens who traveled to Portugal earlier this month for spending holiday. After one of them tested positive for COVID 19 via the widely-used PCR test, all four of them were ordered into quarantine by the health authorities in Portugal. The visitors decided to challenge their quarantine in the court of law. And they won the case.

The story tells that the court delivered its verdict on November 11 whereby the quarantine orders of the Portuguese authorities were ruled in violation of both Portuguese and international law. In addition, it criticized the reliability of the PCR test used for detecting COVID 19 infection. The ruling included the statement:

In view of current scientific evidence, this test shows itself to be unable to determine beyond reasonable doubt that such positivity corresponds, in fact, to the infection of a person by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

The Portugese court ruling strikes a blow to the unscientific nature of COVID 19 test based on which illegal lockdowns and quarantines have been imposed on people around the world by corrupt world and corporate science establishment.

Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, exposed the lack of reliability of the COVID 19 test by testing positive and negative in the same day more than once. The video report of Next News Network about Musk’s COVID test experience is included below.

It is worth noticing that the mainstream media, which have been at the front line in pushing the COVID pandemic hoax, have assumed silence on the Portuguese court ruling. Social media leaning left in politics and agenda also censor or shadow-ban news and research that expose the fake science on which the COVID “pandemic” narrative is propped.
