Federal Court Tells EPA to Do Something about Fluoride Levels in Drinking Water

Following their decades of endless lying to the public about the health risks associated with the fluoride levels in drinking water, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been ordered by a court of law to do something about the hazardous fluoride levels in drinking water.

Last week, federal Judge Edward Chen of California ruled that there is enough scientific evidence to prove that the current fluoride levels in municipal water pose an unreasonable risk to the intellectual development of children. The ruling asked the EPA to “further regulate” these levels, as reported by Fox News over the weekend.

The ruling was hailed by health experts such as Dr. Simone Gold of America’s Frontline Doctors.

Judge Chen’s ruling essentially admitted the fact of fluoride toxicity in drinking water. But as expected of any such officials, the ruling played Jekyll-and-Hyde on health. So in the same ruling the judge wrote that this ruling “does not conclude with certainty that fluoridated water is injurious to public health.” The doublespeak could hardly be more evident. To say that the fluoridized water is a risk to children’s intellectual development is a sugarcoated confession of brain damage caused by the fluoride levels.

The judge also wrote that the ruling doesn’t tell the EPA to do anything specific about the high fluoride levels – not lowering them in straight terms – but just to regulate them. So it is left to the EPA to do whatever they feel like doing about it. Such a ruling can hardly be taken seriously. It’s more like a timid request to a powerful agency and looking at the complainants with a victorious smile – see I did my job!

People need to educate themselves about the hazards of fluoride that is added to water under the rationale that it is safe and prevents tooth decay. The documentary The Fluoride Deception on Rumble is one of the large numbers of researches that educate people about the hazards of fluoride. Watch below.
