Jon and Ponch (Larry Wilcox and Erik Estrada) became immortal characters from the classic TV show CHiPs (1977 – 1983). Through the 6 seasons of the show, the two California traffic cops went through lots of different adventures on the road. Of course, these included many crazy encounters that kept the humor going in the show.
This clip from the 20th episode “Raindy Day” of the first season of CHiPs comes as a glimpse of interesting characters Jon and Ponch dealt with in the line of their duty.
