Barwick & Siegfried along with Daisy Kerr & Friends plus some surprise guest artist(s) will headline a benefit concert for the CBA Youth Program on Saturday, July 15, 730 PM (door at 700 PM), at the Folsom Opry House, 113 Puffer Way, Folsom, 916-990-0719. This program has graduated several nationally recognized bluegrass performers like Annie Staninec, Frank Solivan Jr., Molly Tuttle, A.J. Lee, and Josh Gooding. The bluegrass community’s tradition of nurturing young musicians continues. The support and mentorship Daisy Kerr has received from so many people in the CBA has been invaluable. She, along with Aerie and Tuki Walker, Kathy Barwick, Pete Siegfried, and a surprise guest artist or two are looking forward sharing an evening of multi-generational bluegrass fun for the benefit of young musicians in the CBA Youth Program.
Admission is by donation of $20 in advance or $25 at the door. This includes Loretta’s legendary pies for refreshments. Come out and support this fine program and enjoy some of the best music around. Mail your tax-deductible check payable to CBA Youth Program (Scholarship Fund on Memo line) to John Hettinger, 113 Puffer Way, Folsom, CA 95630. Make your reservations now at 916-990-0719.
