For nearly 40 years, Americans injured by vaccines have been blocked from accessing justice in court, while manufacturers remain immune from liability. It’s time to change that.
The bill we’ve been waiting for was finally introduced: H.R. 4668, the End the Vaccine Carveout Act. This critical legislation would:
- Repeal the part of the 1986 law that shields vaccine makers from lawsuits
- Allow those harmed by any vaccine—including COVID shots—to sue in civil court
- Remove the unfair 3-year statute of limitations for past vaccine injuries
- Restore equal rights under the law for all Americans
