The Supreme Court nuked the conservative struggle to secure the country against the anchor baby gate of immigration as it ruled in favor of birthright citizenship for any children born on American soil, thus killing Trump’s executive order to close this hole into for sneaky immigrants into the American society.
The ruling came on June 30 with a 6-3 vote of the bench where the so-called conservative justices John Roberts (Chief Justice of the Supreme Court), Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett sided with the three liberal judges on the bench to deal a crippling blow to conservatives. The ruling refused to end birthright citizenship for babies of foreigners, including illegal, aliens, who happen to be in America when their babies were born. Intended immigrants have used this loopholes for decades by planning their pregnancies and US visits so the child can be born in the U.S. and instantly become eligible for citizenship.
This ruling brought the wet dream of liberals to fruition and has become another reason for conservatives to realize that the Supreme Court is majority conservative in name only; it still works for the left-aligned deep state. With two of Trump appointees to the court – Kavanaugh and Barrett – voting in favor of birthright citizenship, the ruling has become a big blow to Trump’s legacy for appointing deep state judges to the court for lifetime.
As Barrett has sided with the liberal judges (of them women) in several landmark cases lately, it’s natural for many to question whether women judges are the worst, and a threat to the country’s future.
Women should never have been granted the right to vote, to hold public office, or to wield judicial power as Supreme Court justices.
The record of the past century suggests that women, on balance, have struggled to exercise such authority with the necessary detachment.
